REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Digital Master. We value your trust and satisfaction, and we want you to enjoy our products and services as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
You have 3 working days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused (sealed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com or +233-548395699 with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send your item back to us without contacting us first through either our email address or the phone number provided above, as we will not be able to process your request.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs for the initial orders are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your request is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 days. For refunds, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment (e.g.; cash, MOMO or bank transfer). For exchanges, we will ship you a replacement item of the same or equivalent value at no additional cost to you.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the item is damaged, altered, or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or +233-548395699 with a photo of the problem and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer you a full refund, a partial refund, an exchange, or a store credit.
Kindly note that for Backordered items (items we do not have stock but order them on customer’s request), we do not accept returns on such items.
